Gresham Avenue - Temporary Road Closure due to Water Works

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL GRESHAM AVENUE, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works to be executed on or near Gresham Avenue, Bradford has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Gresham Avenue to a point outside No.2 Gresham Avenue. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. No alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order will be available. The Order comes into operation at 07:00 hours on the 28th of September 2026 and remain in force until 19:00 hours on the 2nd of October 2026 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
