The Cornwall Council (Boscadjack, Sithney) Public Path Creation Order 2026
The above Order made by Cornwall Council on 15 September 2026 under section 26 of the Highways Act 1980 will, if confirmed, create a length of Public Footpath commencing at its junction with Public Footpath 152 Wendron approximately 78 metres south-south-west of 'Boscadjack House' at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) 67121/30438 and continuing in a generally north-north-westerly direction for a distance of 71 metres terminating at its junction with Unclassified Road U6032 approximately 39 metres west-south-west of 'Boscadjack House' at OSGR SW 67092/30502.
A copy of the Order and Order map may be downloaded from Cornwall Council's website at https://www.cornwall.gov.uk/environment/countryside/publicpath- orders/made-public-path-orders/ and have also been placed and may be seen free of charge at Helston Library and Information Service, Trengrouse Way, Helston TR13 BAG between the hours of 9am-5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and between the hours of 10am-1 pm on Saturdays. Alternatively copies of the Order and Order map may be obtained free of charge from proworders@cornwall.gov.uk.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Public Rights of Way Officer at Public Rights of Way, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, TR1 3AY or by email to proworders@cornwall.gov.uk. (quoting reference HAD 312) no later than Thursday 22 October 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, then Cornwall Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment. Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
