THE M11 MOTORWAY (JUNCTION 7) NORTHBOUND EXIT SLIP ROAD
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 202_
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited(a) intends to make an Order on the M11 Motorway in Essex to enable embankment reconstruction works to be carried out in safety.
The works are expected to take place over 2 months starting on, or after, Monday 19 October 2026.
The effect of the Order would be to close the exit slip road leading from the northbound carriageway of the M11 at Junction 7 – diverting traffic to continue on the M11 northbound carriageway to exit at Junction 7A, then join the M11 southbound carriageway back to Junction 7 and continue their journey.
The Order would come into force on 12 October 2026 and may continue in force until the works detailed above have been completed, or for a maximum duration of 18 months, whichever is the earlier.
