NOTICE OF VARIATION OF LICENCE FEES
Notice is given under section 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 that Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council proposes to vary the fees payable for the following licences:
Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Licence (New, Renewal & Transfer)
£184.00
Executive Vehicle Licence
Private Hire Operator Licence
£177.00
Operator 1 Vehicle (1 year)
£101.00
Operator 2 Vehicles (1 year)
£187.00
Operator 3+ Vehicles (1 year)
£247.00
Operator 1 Vehicle (5 years)

Operator 2 Vehicles (5 years)

The revised fees will take effect on 20/10/2026 unless valid objections are received.
Objections must be made in writing, stating the grounds of objection, and received by 5.00 pm on 19/10/21026. Objections may be sent by email to
