Notice of Proposal to Implement Raised Zebra Crossing on
Howley Grange Road, Halesowen
NOTICE is hereby given by the Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 90A and 90C of the Highways Act 1980 as amended intends to install speed cushions at the locations mentioned in the Schedule to this Notice.
This proposal consists of a raised zebra crossing at the location as detailed in the Schedule to this Notice and will in all respects comply with the provisions of the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999.
Reason for Proposal: To address concerns of excessive vehicle speeds and provide a safe route for pedestrians travelling to and from local Nursery and Primary Schools.

Full width of the road, not exceeding 75mm height, as detailed below:
From a point 12.0m southeast of its junction with Goodrest Avenue, south- eastwards for a distance of 6.9m.
