NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council propose to introduce the following crossing facility at the location listed below:
Provide a new 3.6m wide Puffin Crossing on Zoar Rd, 3.5m east of the eastern boundary of No.11 Zoar Street. We will be converting the existing Zebra Crossing to a Puffin Crossing Facility.
