TEMPORARY CLOSURE – THAMES PATH ADJACENT TO LAMBETH PALACE ROAD - FILMING
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, to enable filming to take place, the Council of the London Borough of Lambeth intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily ban pedestrians and cyclists from entering and proceeding along that length of the Thames Path that lies adjacent to Lambeth Palace Road between its junction with Lambeth Bridge and a point 162 metres north-east of that junction.
2. Alternative routes for pedestrians and cyclists would be available via Lambeth Bridge and Lambeth Palace Road.
3. The footpath closure would only have effect at such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by the placing of the appropriate traffic signs and they would not apply to any person connected with the filming.
4. The Order would come into force on 13 October 2026 and would continue in force for a maximum duration of 1 day. In practice it is anticipated that filming would take place between 9.30am and 5.30pm on the 13 October 2026, but if the filming cannot be completed during that period, the order may also have effect at other times on that day.
