The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highways (West Midlands) (No. 25) Order 2026” authorising the stopping up of a length of Footpath FP087, a length of Footpath FP076 and a length of Ellerton Walk at Wolverhampton, in the City of Wolverhampton. This is to enable development as permitted by City of Wolverhampton Council under reference 24 /01039/FUL.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, Transport Infrastructure Planning Casework Unit, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting SUO7762949). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at New Park Village Tenant Management Co-Operative, 12 Valley Road Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 0NZ.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 18 September 2026.
