Various Roads in Edinburgh - Introduction of Waiting Restrictions

THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL

(TRAFFIC REGULATION: RESTRICTIONS ON WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING, STOPPING AND PARKING PLACES) (VARIATION NO. ) ORDER 202 - TRO/26/08

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to: 1. Amend the position of existing waiting restrictions & loading prohibitions to reflect the new road layout on Craigmillar Castle Rd, Dinmont Dr, Kingston Ave, Little France Cres, Old Dalkeith Rd & Walter Scott Ave; 2. Replace an existing loading prohibition that operates Mon-Fri 7:30am to 9:30am & 4:00pm to 6:30pm with an at any time loading prohibition on Old Dalkeith Rd; 3. Introduce at any time loading prohibitions to existing at any time waiting restrictions on Dinmont Dr & Walter Scott Ave; & 4. Replace a section of waiting restriction that operates MonFri 8:30am to 5:00pm with an at any time waiting restriction and loading prohibition on Kingston Ave. Details of the draft Order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed online at consultation.appyway.com/ edinburgh-city, from 18/09/26 to 16/10/26 by following the link to “Proposals in consultation” under reference Tro/26/08 or at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk. Objectors must complete the form found via the “Proposals in consultation” link referred to above, or state their reasons in writing quoting reference Tro/26/08 to Traffic Orders at the above address, not later than 16/10/26. Objections should state the name and address of the objector.
