C56S – TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (C56s Suie – 21.09.26) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular traffic) Order, 2026” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 21.09.26 for 7 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the C56s Suie from Ford of Clatt to Viewfield.
Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety to allow for renewal of sample tap. An alternative route is available via the C56S – B9002 – C65S – C62S – C65 and vice versa.
