The Lewisham (Off-Street) (Parking Places) (Amendment No.*) Order 202*
The Council of the London Borough of Lewisham proposes to make the above Traffic Regulation Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended). PTO 1120
1. The general nature and effect of the Order would be to amend “Lewisham (Off-Street) (Parking Places) Order 2011” so as to remove the parking place known as Thomas Lane Car Park situated on land at Thomas Lane east side adjacent to south of Milford Towers, from Schedule 1 to that Order. The effect of the amendment would be to permanently discontinue the use of the site as a Council off-street parking place. (Note: As part of the wider proposals, disabled parking provision currently available at Thomas Lane Car Park would be re-provided within the vicinity of the site).
2. Copies of the draft Order and Statement of the Council’s Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be obtained by emailing a request to trafficorders@lewisham.gov.uk quoting reference ‘PTO-1120’.
3. Comments on the proposals for or against, together with the reasons for which they are made should be sent in writing to trafficorders@lewisham.gov.uk or Lewisham Transport Policy & Development, Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, London SE6 4RU, quoting reference ‘PTO-1120’ to arrive by 23 October 2026.
4. All written representations received concerning Traffic Regulation Orders are public documents that may be inspected by any person on demand.
