Temporary Road Closure Order 2026
On 16 September 2026 South Lanarkshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle on Palace Grounds Road, Hamilton between Mote Hill and the entrance to Retail park.
The Order will be in operation from 16 November 2026 until 27 November 2026 from 8pm until 6am.
The works will be carried out over nightshift and the road will be reopened during the day.
