RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, dim llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad y Rhybudd hwn i wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd y rhan honno o Elwy Road Llandrillo yn Rhos o Rhos Road i Church House.
Caniateir mynediad i gerddwyr a’r gwasanaethau brys. Bydd y ffordd arall ar hyd Church Road, Llandudno Road, Rhos Road ac yn ôl ar hyd Elwy Road.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)
Conwy County Borough Council (Elwy Road Rhos on Sea) (Temporary Prohibition Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles to proceed in that section of Elwy Road Rhos on Sea from Rhos Road to Church House.
Pedestrian and Emergency access will be maintained. The alternative route will be via Church Road, Llandudno Road, Rhos Road and back onto Elwy Road.
The Order which is necessary to facilitate works by WDF Enterprise Limited will come into effect on 12 October 2026 for a maximum period of 2 weeks.
