RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ddim llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad y Rhybudd hwn, i wahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Ffordd Efail Uchaf, Llanddoged Wern o Argoed i Ty Rhadd.
Caniateir mynediad i gerddwyr ac i’r gwasanaethau brys tra bydd y ffordd ar gau. Bydd y llwybr amgen ar hyd Ffordd Tyrpeg Ucha, Ffordd Trwyn Swch a Ffordd Ffrith.
Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu gwaith gan Dwr Cymru a daw i rym ar 12 Hydref 2026 am gyfnod o ddim mwy na 14 wythnos.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)
Conwy County Borough Council (Ffordd Efail Uchaf Llanddoged) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles to proceed in that length of Ffordd Efail Uchaf Llanddoged Wern from Argoed to Ty Rhadd.
Pedestrian and Emergency access will be maintained. The alternative route will be via Ffordd Tyrpeg Ucha, Ffordd Trwyn Swch onto Ffordd Ffrith.
The Order is necessary to facilitate works by Welsh Water and comes into effect on 12 October 2026 for a maximum period of 14 weeks.
