ROADS (SCOTLAND) ACT 1984

The City of Edinburgh Council proposes to make an Order under sections 1(1) and 152(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 redetermining the roads described in the Schedule hereto.

The title of the Order is “The City of Edinburgh Council (Craigmillar Castle Road, Dinmont Drive, Kingston Avenue, Little France Crescent, Old Dalkeith Road and Walter Scott Avenue, Edinburgh) (Redetermination of Means of Exercise of Public Right of Passage) Order 202_” - RSO/26/07. A copy of the proposed Order and of the accompanying plans showing the roads over which the means of exercise of the public right of passage is to be redetermined, together with a statement of the reasons for making the Order and our privacy notice can be viewed free of charge, between 09:30 to 15:30 Mon-Fri from 18/09/26 to 16/10/26 at the City of Edinburgh, Council, Calton Hub, Waverley Court, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG or online during the same period at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/trafficorders and www.tellmescotland.gov.uk.
