Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st September 2026 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 30 MPH over an area of highway being B3279 From Highgate Hill Roundabout To Alton Cottage, B3279 From Gaverigan To Came Hill, Rectory Road, St Dennis from B3279 Roundabout to junction with Whitegate for approximately 3040 metres.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because cable trenching works are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 6th October 2026 and the works are expected to be completed by the 13th December 2026.
