Devon County Council propose to make this under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce in Uplyme: 20MPH Limit on specified lengths of Barnes Meadow, Cannington Road, Cooks Mead, Crogg Lane, Ethelstons Close, Glebelands, Gore Lane, Lime Kiln Lane, Pound Lane, Rhode Lane, Spring Head Road, Tappers Knapp, Venlake, Venlake End, Wadley Hill, Whalley Lane & Woodhouse Lane; 20MPH Zone on specified lengths of Church Street, Lyme Road, Road From Swains Cottage To Woodbine Cottage, Venlake Lane & Whalley Lane; 30MPH Limit (currently restricted road status) on specified lengths of Haye Lane, Lume Road & Yawl Hill Lane.

Objections & other comments specifying the proposal & the grounds on which they are made must be in writing to the address below or via devon.cc/tro to arrive by 14 October 2026. Receipt of submissions may not be acknowledged but those received will be considered.
