(Byrehill Place, Kilwinning) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2026
Order made under Section 14(1) of the, Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any persons (with the exception of Contractual Staff engaged in Housebuilding Works and Emergency Service Personnel, on the footpath between Byrehill Place and the A738 Stevenston Road, Kilwinning by reason of works proposed to be executed on or near that road.
The Order will be in operation from 11.59pm 30th September 2026 to 11.59pm 20th December 2026 or until such time as the works are completed, whichever is earlier.
