Notice is hereby given that Manchester City Council has made Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the titles and effects of which are as follows:
CITY OF MANCHESTER (CORAL STREET, ARDWICK) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING/ UNLOADING AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING/UNLOADING) ORDER 2026:
NO WAITING AND NO LOADING/UNLOADING AT ANY TIME:
Coral Street, (i) north-west side from Ardwick Green South south-westerly for 4.5m, (ii) south-east side from Ardwick Green South south-westerly for 10m, (iii) south-east side from 27.5m south-west of Ardwick Green South southwesterly for 10m.
NO WAITING AND NO LOADING/UNLOADING MON-FRI 8AM-9.30AM AND 2.30PM-4.30PM:
Coral Street, south-east side from 10m south-west of Ardwick Green South south-westerly for 17.5m.

NO STOPPING ON SCHOOL ENTRANCE MARKINGS:
Coral Street, north-west side from 4.5m south-west of Ardwick Green South south-westerly for 31.5m (outside Co-op Academy Medlock)
The Order was made on 18th September 2026 and will come into effect on 28th September 2026. Copies of the Orders and the plan can be requested by emailing phlegal@manchester.gov.uk or inspected at the Customer Service Centre Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within 6 weeks from 18th September 2026 apply to the High Court for such purpose.
