Dobbinetts Lane And Jack Brady Close, Baguley - No Waiting/Loading/Unloading At Any Time

Notice is hereby given that Manchester City Council has made the CITY OF MANCHESTER (DOBBINETTS LANE AND JACK BRADY CLOSE, BAGULEY) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING/UNLOADING, RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND AMENDMENT) ORDER 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce:

NO WAITING/LOADING/UNLOADING AT ANY TIME:
Dobbinetts Lane, north-west side from 27m north east of Jack Brady Close south-westerly to 17m south-west of Jack Brady Close. Jack Brady Close, both sides from Dobbinetts Lane north-westerly for 10m.

NO WAITING 8AM-6PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY:
Dobbinetts Lane, (i) north-west side from 15m south west of Floats Road south-westerly to 27m north-east of Jack Brady Close, (ii) north-west side from 17m south west of Jack Brady Close in a south-westerly direction for 36m, (iii) south-east side from 15m south west of Floats Road in a south-westerly direction for 245m.

The Order was made on 18th September 2026 and will come into effect on 28th September 2026. A copy of the Order and the plan can be requested by emailing phlegal@ manchester.gov.uk or inspected at the Customer Service Centre Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within 6 weeks from 18th September 2026 apply to the High Court for such purpose.
