(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
HOLWELL ROAD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kingston upon Hull City Council by virtue of S.14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an Order.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any person with a vehicle from proceeding along: Bude Roundabout/Holwell Road, Kingston upon Hull.
The purpose of the Order is to ensure the safety of the public and operatives during the Roundabout improvement works.
The alternative route for vehicles to be signed.
Access will not be maintained for emergency services.
The Order will take effect from 7:00am on 5th October 2026 to 00:00 midnight 11th October 2026 and may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
It is anticipated, however, that the works will be completed in a period of approximately five days.

STONEFERRY ROAD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kingston upon Hull City Council by virtue of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an Order.
The effect of the Order is to prohibit any person with a vehicle from proceeding along Stoneferry Road, from the junction with Woodhall Street to outside number 122, Kingston upon Hull.
The purpose of the Order is to ensure the safety of the public and operatives during Bridge inspection.
The alternative route for vehicles will be signed.
The Order will come into effect on 7th October 2026 and may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
It is anticipated, however, that the works will be completed between 9pm on 7th October 2026 and 5am on 8th October 2026.
