Notice Of Intention - The Borough Of Welwyn Hatfield (Various Roads, Welham Green) (Restriction Of Waiting And Permit Parking Zone) Order 2025 (Amendment) Order 202x

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that WELWYN HATFIELD BOROUGH COUNCIL, pursuant to arrangements made with Hertfordshire County Council, proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

The effect of the proposed Order is to amend The Borough of Welwyn Hatfield (Various Roads, Welham Green) (Restriction of Waiting and Permit Parking Zone) Order 2025 by extending eligibility for resident parking permits within Zone F04, as set out in the Schedule to this Notice.

A copy of the proposed Order, the existing Order, statement of reasons and associated documents may be inspected, free of charge, from Wednesday 23 September 2026 until Thursday 15 October 2026, online at: https://www.welhat.gov.uk/parking-consultations, or during normal opening hours at Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council Offices, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City, Herts, AL8 6AE.
