TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER – NEVILLE AVENUE, HOVE
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:-
The temporary westbound closure of Neville Avenue, Hove, from outside property number 202 Neville Avenue, Hove to the junction of Hangleton Road, Hove.
2. The Order is necessary to allow contractors to carry out Gas Governor Replacement works.
2. Pedestrian access will be maintained, and a signed diversion route will be in place for vehicular traffic.
3. This Order comes into force on 5 October 2026 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed, which is anticipated to be 13 November 2026.
