NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application for the grant of a Premises Licence has been made by Arihant Parekh to Charnwood Borough Council in respect of:
LONDIS, 25-26 Market Place, Loughborough, LE11 3EB
The application is for:
The sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises
Monday to Sunday: 06:00 hours to 23:00 hours
The application was submitted to Charnwood Borough Council on 14 September 2026.
Any person wishing to make representations concerning this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at: Charnwood Borough Council Licensing Section,Council Offices Southfield Road,Loughborough Leicestershire, LE11 2TX.
Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 12 October 2026.
The Licensing Authority’s register and the record of the application may be inspected at the Council Offices during normal office hours or in accordance with the Licensing Authority’s arrangements for public inspection.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum penalty for such an offence is a fine.
