What is happening?
The following applications have been submitted for Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area.

Land To The Southwest Of Pottergate: Conversion of former stable and coach house to form 2 two storey dwellings and erection of three further two storey dwellings. • 2026/0534/LBC
192 High Street: Display of 1 no. internally illuminated fascia sign, 1 no. externally illuminated hanging sign, 1no. digital screen, 1no. illuminated poster, internally applied window vinyls, and re-painting of shop front. (Listed Building Consent).
• 2026/0452/FUL
3 Francis Hill Court: Replacement of timber single glazed patio doors with uPVC double glazed patio doors.
The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
