THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE

Buckinghamshire Council (Arnison Avenue, Bowerdean Road, Hillview Road, Mayhew Crescent, Rowan Avenue, and Underwood Road, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order, 2026, which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from waiting in Arnison Ave, Bowerdean Rd, Hillview Rd, Mayhew Crescent, Rowan Ave, and Underwood Rd, High Wycombe, which continues for approx. 218M. The restriction is required to ensure the Buckinghamshire Council works take place commencing on 5 October 2026 for 549 days. The proposed Order will come into operation on 5 October 2026, 2026 as signed, with a maximum duration of 18 months.

(Frieth Rd, Marlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Frieth Rd for approx. 173M. Alternative route: Frieth Rd, Moorend Common, Moor Common, Church Rd, Finnings Rd, The Row, High St, Marlow Rd, Seymour Court Ln, Seymour Court Rd, Seymour Plain, Dean St, Queens Rd, Oxford Rd, Chalkpit Ln, and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a pole replacement commences on 29 September 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 29 September 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Sevenhills Rd, Iver) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Sevenhills Rd for approx. 225M. Alternative route: Sevenhills Rd, Pinewood Rd, Uxbridge Rd, Church Rd, Denham Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a fire hydrant repair commences on 30 September 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 30 September 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Hammersley Ln, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hammersley Ln for approx. 48M. Alternative route: Hammersley Ln, London Rd, Frances Dove Way, Queens Victoria Rd, Crendon St, Amersham Hill. Amersham Rd, Penn Rd, Hazlemere Rd, Elm Rd, School Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst electrical works commence on 26 October 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 26 October 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Queens Rd, Chesham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Queens Rd for approx. 34M. Alternative route: Gladstone Rd, Albert Rd, Victoria Rd, White Hill, BRD St and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a pole replacement commences on 24 September 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 24 September 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Shelley Rd, Marlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Shelley Rd for approx. 53M. The closure is required whilst water works commence on 12 October 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 12 October 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Britwell Rd, Burnham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Britwell Rd for approx 53M. Alternative route: Hogfair Ln, Lower Britwell Rd, Britwell Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst coring works commence on 29 October 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 29 October 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Plomer Green Ln, Downley) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Plomer Green Ln for approx. 76M. The closure is required whilst pole replacement commences on 29 October 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 29 October 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Bull Ln, Chalfont St Peter) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Bull Ln for approx. 41M. Alternative route: Bull Ln, Bulstrode Way, Oxford Rd, West Common, Pheasant Rd, Shire Ln, Roundabout Common, South Side and vice versa. The closure is required whilst service pipe repairs commence on 24 October 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 24 October 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Gold Hill East, Chalfont St Peter) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Gold Hill East for approx. 9M. Alternative route: Gold Hill East, Gold Hill West and vice versa. The closure is required whilst gas mains renewal works commence on 31 October 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 31 October 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Candlemass Ln, Beaconsfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Candlemass Ln for approx. 49M. Alternative route: Park Ln, London End, Wycombe End, Aylesbury End, Station Rd, Candlemass Ln and vice versa. The closure is required whilst water works commence on 19 October 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 19 October 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No. 26/2, Parish of Denham) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2026 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath commencing at the junction of DEN/26/2 and The Stables and Paddocks, continuing northwest for approx. 415M. The closure is required to enable replacement of an old oil filled 132kV circuit with a new 132kV circuit in 3 new ducts. The Order will come into operation on 28 September 2026, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Bridleway No.4/3, Parish of Broughton on Hamlet) (Temporary Bridleway Closure) Order 2026 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Bridleway No.4/3, which commences at the junction with BRH/4/2 and continues over the bridge to the junction with KNB/3/1. The closure is required in the interest of Health & Safety and security to adjoining construction site. Alternative route is via canal tow path. The proposed Order will come into operation on 29 September 2026, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Byway Open to all Traffic No. 48/1, Parish of Great and Little Kimble) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any four wheeled motor vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Public Byway Open to all Traffic No. 48/1, Parish of Great and Little Kimble from the junction with Risborough Road A4010 and GLK/41/3 for 208M in a southerly direction. The closure is required whilst works are occurring to re-surface the path. Alternative route is via existing highway. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28 September 2026, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No’s. 43a/1 & 43a/2, Parish of High Wycombe) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2026 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath No’s. 43a/1 & 43a/2, Parish of High Wycombe, from the junction with Hardenwaye and continuing for approx. 395M in a west north northwesterly direction. The closure is required for public safety whilst works are occurring to re-surface the path. The Order will come into operation on 28 September 2026, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No. 71/1, Parish of Great Missenden) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2026 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath No. 71/1, Parish of Great Missenden, from the junction with GM1/31/1 and continuing for approx. 247M in a north northwesterly direction. The closure is required for public safety whilst works are occurring to re-surface the path. The Order will come into operation on 28 September 2026, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No’s. 37/1 & 37a/1, Parish of Great and Little Kimble) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2026 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath No’s. 37/1 & 37a/1, from the junction of Risborough Road A4010 to Bridge Street for the entire length of both 37/1 & 37a/1. The closure is required for public safety whilst works are occurring to re-surface the path. The Order will come into operation on 28 September 2026, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
