RHODDIR HYSBYSIAD DRWY HYN bod y Cyngor fel yr Awdurdod Priffyrdd ar gyfer Gogledd Corneli wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), heb fod yn llai na 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, yn bwriadu creu Gorchymyn a fydd yn cyflwyno’r cyfyngiad dros dro a nodir yn yr atodlen isod.
Mae'r Gorchymyn er diogelwch y cyhoedd oherwydd gwaith ar bolion ac am nad yw’r ffordd yn ddigon llydan i gynnal mynediad i gerbydau tra bo’r gwaith yn mynd rhagddo.
Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 07/10/2026 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd yn hwy na 18 mis neu nes bydd y gwaith wedi'i gwblhau, p'un bynnag sydd gynharaf.
Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith arfaethedig yn cael ei wneud rhwng 09:30 a 15:00 ar 15 Hydref 2026.
Atodlen-Ni chaiff unrhyw berson beri i unrhyw gerbyd fynd ymlaen am oddeutu 15 metr o Heol Degwm, Gogledd Corneli, y tu allan i rif 4.Nid oes llwybrau eraill ar gael ar gyfer cerbydau.Bydd mynediad trwy ardal y cyfyngiad i’r Heddlu a’r Gwasanaethau Tân ac Ambiwlans wrth ymateb i argyfyngau.
Cynhelir mynediad i gerddwyr at bob eiddo o fewn ardal y cyfyngiad ar hyd llwybrau a ddiffinnir trwy gydol y cyfnod cau.
Fodd bynnag, bydd y cyfyngiadau’n berthnasol dim ond ar adegau ac i’r graddau a ddangosir o bryd i’w gilydd ar arwyddion traffig a osodir gan Reoliadau a Chyfarwyddiadau Cyffredinol Arwyddion Traffig 2016.

BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
(HEOL DEGWM, NORTH CORNELLY) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council as the Highway Authority for North Cornelly in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order which will temporarily introduce the restriction set out in the schedule below.
The Order is in the interest of public safety due to polling works and there is insufficient width to maintain vehicular access during works.
The Order will come into force on 07/10/2026 and will continue in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until such time as the works are completed, whichever is the sooner.
It is anticipated that the planned works will be undertaken between the hours of 09:30 and 15:00 on 15th October 2026.
Schedule-No person shall cause any vehicle to proceed for approximately 15 meters of Heol Degwm, North Cornelly, outside number 4.There are no alternative routes available for vehicles.
Access will be provided through the restriction for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services responding to emergencies. Pedestrian access to all properties within the restriction will be maintained along defined routes throughout the period of the closure.
The restrictions shall however only apply at such time and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
