(ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION) (NO.3) EXPERIMENTAL ORDER, 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 15 September 2026, the Council of the City of Stoke‑on‑Trent made the above mentioned order under Sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
This Notice shall make permanent the effect of the above named Traffic Order, which originally came into operation on 28 April 2025.
A copy of this permanent Order (with map) may be examined may be inspected at the public consultation page located at https://stoke.traffweb.app.
If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or any provision in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the above Act or on the grounds that the requirements of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date hereof, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
