What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE OSLESTON LANE, DALBURY LEES
WHEN: 13 October to 14 October 2026
WHERE: Osleston Lane, Dalbury Lees between Old Cottage Hall and Grassy Croft.
REASON: To facilitate ducting installation for water and electricity supplies.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Osleston Lane, Long Lane, Cropper Lane, Unnamed Road from Cropper Lane to Back Lane, Unnamed Road between Watery Lane and Back Lane and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road.
The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
