Jermyns Lane, Romsey, Test Valley - Temporary Road Closure due to the Hillier Gardens 10k
What is happening?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 to allow the Hillier Gardens 10K to take place out on or near the road.
ROADS TO BE CLOSED: that part of Jermyns Lane between a point 500 metres East of Ganger Farm Way and continuing to a point 820 metres East on Jermyns Lane. (Access to Ganger Farm and Hillier Gardens will be maintained at all times.)
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Roads will be opened behind the runners.
DURATION OF ORDER: from Sunday 11th October 2026 between the hours 09:00 – 10:30 for 1 day or until the event has ended, whichever is sooner. Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the event is being carried out.
The Temporary Road Closures have been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate the event of the Hillier Gardens 10K.
