Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 12fed Hydref 2026 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd yn fwy na 6 wythnos neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau ar 23ain Hydref 2026.
NOTICE OF INTENTION
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984 SECTION
14(1) AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT, 1991
CYNGOR SIR YNYS MÔN / ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) (STANLEY STREET, BEAUMARIS) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will temporarily prohibit all vehicles, except for emergency vehicles, from travelling in either direction along Stanley Street, Beaumaris.
The Order is necessary to enable Openreach works - duct laying for new fibre service to area.
The alternative route will be from the northern point of the closure. Travel in a westerly direction along the B5109 Wexham Street to the junction with Maes Hyfryd and turn left. Then travel in a southerly and then easterly direction along Maes Hyfryd Road to Stanley Street and the opposite end of the closure. Vice versa for traffic travelling from the opposite direction.
The Order comes into effect on 12th October 2026 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 weeks or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier.
At this stage it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 23rd October 2026.
