NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION OF MAJOR DEVELOPMENT

Development at: FORMER WILLOWTOWN PRIMARY SCHOOL Brynheulog Street, Ebbw Vale, Blaenau Gwent, NP23 6NJ.

I give notice that: Tai Hedyn Ltd is applying to Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council for planning permission for Proposed demolition of the existing building and construction of 25 homes and associated works. 

Anyone who wishes to submit comments about this application should write to the Council at the following email address planning@blaenau-gwent.gov.uk or to General Offices, Steelworks Road, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6DN within 21 days from the date at the bottom of this notice, quoting the application ref no. P/2026/0180.
