NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council (‘the Council’) has on 16 September 2026 made the Order named above under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into operation on 21 September 2026 will make permanent the following:
Removal of a section of Permit Holders Only parking and replace with Disabled Badge Holders’ Parking Bays (Maximum stay 6 hours no return within 1 hour) in St Aubyns South.
The changes described above were originally the subject of an experimental Traffic Orders that was advertised on 30 January 2026; Brighton & Hove (Parking Changes) (St Aubyns South) Experimental Order 2026 (TRO-04-2026)
A copy of this Notice, the Order as made and a statement of the Council’s reasons for making the Order may be seen online at https://www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/current-tros.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which this Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
