ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14 (1)

Temporary Road Closure

Queens Road, Teddington.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Queens Road, Teddington.

2. Whilst the work takes place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Queens Road, Teddington from the junction with Hampton Road and Broad Street to outside number 30 Queens Road.

3. The order will come into effect 21 September 2026

   These works are anticipated to be in progress from 21 September to 25 September 2026. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Whilst the closure is in place an alternative route for traffic will be via Broad Street, Park Road, Queens Road and vice versa.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

   (a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

   (b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

   (c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in School Road and Seymour Road Hampton Wick.

2. Whilst the work takes place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in School Road Hampton Wick at its junction with High Street and in Seymour Road Hampton from its junction with high street to outside number 7 Seymour Road.

3. The order will come into effect 23 September 2026

   These works are anticipated to be in progress from 23 September to 25 September 2026. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Whilst the closures are in place an alternative route for traffic will be via:

Seymour Road (Route 1) High Street, Lower Teddington Road, and Vice Versa

Seymour Road (Route 2) High Street, Normansfield Avenue, Lower Teddington Road and Vice Versa

School Road (Route 1) Park Road, Church Grove, St John’s Road, Park Road

School Road (Route 2) High Street, Park Road

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in various streets.

2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the roads detailed in the schedule, between the dates indicated.

3. The order will come into effect on 28 September 2026. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 28 September 2026 until 02 November 2026. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

   (a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

   (b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

   (c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate remedial works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Taylor Avenue, Kew.

2. Whilst the work takes place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Taylor Avenue, Kew from the junction with Mortlake Road A205 to outside number 4 Taylor Avenue.

3. The order will come into effect 21 September 2026

   These works are anticipated to be in progress from 21 September to 22 September 2026. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Whilst the closure is in place an alternative route for traffic will be via Taylor Avenue, Attwood Avenue, Pensford Avenue High Park Road, Mortlake Road and vice versa.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

   (a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

   (b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
