A950, U63b, C38b, C56b - TEMPORARY 40 MPH SPEED LIMITS
“The Aberdeenshire Council (A950, U63b, C38b, C56b Roads – 23.09.26) (Temporary 40mph Speed Limits) Order, 2026” has been made under Sections 14(1) and 15(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 23.09.26 until 23.12.35 and will introduce 40mph speed limits on the following roads:
40 MPH SPEED LIMITS
A950 Flushing from Briar Lodge to the U46 B. U63b from its junction with the A950, southwards to its junction with the C38b (adjacent to Stockbridge Farm). C38b from a point 135 metres or thereby east of its junction with the U63b, westwards to a point 115 meters or thereby south of its southern most junction with the C56b (the C38b/C56b junction is a staggered junction). C56b from its junction with the A950 southwards to a point 115 metres or thereby south of its junction with the C38b.
The temporary speed limit is necessary in the in the interest of public safety during project works at Netherton Hub.
