1. Notice Is Hereby Given that THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON on 14 September 2026 made the following Order: The Sutton (Parking, Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. 58) Order 2026 under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 (insofar as applicable) to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other powers thereunto enabling.
2. The general effect of the Order which will come into force 21 September 2026 is to extend no waiting restrictions operating ‘at any time’ (double yellow lines) in:
(a) Dalmeny Road, Worcester Park, adjacent to No. 95 Braemar Road; and
(b) Sparrow Farm Road between Nos. 52 and 54.
3. From 21 September 2026, copies of the Order, of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Order and map-based schedules showing the location and the effects of the Order may be inspected as follows: -
(a) online at: https://streets.appyway.com/sutton, by selecting the road name and restriction as detailed in item 2 above;
(b) the Council’s Civic Offices St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA; or
(c) by calling 020 8770 5000.
4. If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the said Act of 1984 or of any instrument made under the said Act of 1984 has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
