TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C627 TUDDENHAM ROAD, CAVENHAM
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the C627 Tuddenham Road, Cavenham from Breen Asphalt Plant for 50 metres north westbound to facilitate water ducting works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Tuddenham Road, High Street, Herringswell Road, the A11, the A1101, Flempton Road, The Street, Tuddenham Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 28/09/2026 from 8am - 5pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C663 STATION ROAD, LITTLE SAXHAM
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the C663 Station Road, Little Saxham from the level crossing for 20 metres northbound and 20 metres southbound to facilitate rail bridge inspections. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Bury Road, Barrow Hill, The Street, Coletheorpe Lane, Coalpit Lane, the A14, Newmarket Road, South Street, Bury Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 10pm on 28/09/2026 - 5am on 29/09/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
