Dorset Council has made the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
When the Order comes into operation on 25 September 2026 the effect of the Order will be to introduce 30mph and 40mph speed limits along sections or entire lengths of various roads in Lytchett Minster.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for that purpose.
