Definitions to be Inserted into Clause 8 of Part I – General to the 2017 Order
6A. Cheltenham Town Football Club Event (CTFCE) means all Cheltenham Town Football Club first team home league and cup fixtures, or any other event held at Cheltenham Town Football Club where the organiser considers it likely that the event will exceed 1,000 spectators or attendees and has given at least 28 days notice to Gloucestershire County Council that any such event will be so designated.
6B. Cheltenham Town Football Club Event Day means the day or days on which a Cheltenham Town Football Club Event is scheduled to be held.
A copy of the Variation Order which comes into effect on 9th September 2026, the 2017 Order, the sealed plans that are revoked, the sealed plans to be inserted into the Schedule of Plans together with a copy of the Statement of Reasons and other relevant documents may be viewed at The Map Room, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 2TG or Cheltenham Borough Council, Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham GL50 9SA during their normal opening hours or online at http://www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/tros (Please quote reference CB/82438).
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Variation Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the ground that any requirement to that Act or any Statutory Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Variation Order may within six weeks of the date on which the Variation Order is made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
