PROPOSED SPARROW CROSSING ON BARING STREET, PICCADILLY
NOTICE is hereby given that Council of the City of Manchester, in exercise of its powers under section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers, proposes to construct a Sparrow Crossing (signalcontrolled crossing for segregated use by pedestrians and cyclists).

Baring Street
• 6m wide, 6.9m long, zigzags extending to 16m east of the midpoint, which will be located 7.5m east of London Road.
A plan showing the proposals and a Statement of Reasons for proposing the scheme can be requested by emailing phlegal@manchester.gov.uk (quoting reference L/JUH/ HIG002/84243) or examined in person by appointment at the Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm.
