Hysbysir drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, drwy arfer ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y'i diwygiwyd) a'r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar ôl ymgynghori â’r Prif Swyddog, Heddlu De Cymru, yn unol â Rhan III Atodlen 9 Deddf 1984, yn cynnig diwygio ‘Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Gwaharddiadau a Chyfyngiadau ar Stopio, Aros, Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) (Cydgrynhoi) 2026’ a chreu Mannau Parcio i Bobl Anabl ar y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn yr Atodlen isod. 

Mae Rhifau’r Diwygiadau hefyd wedi'u nodi yn yr Atodlen honno. Mae copïau o’r gorchmynion drafft a’r cynlluniau yn dangos lleoliad a natur y cyfyngiadau ar gael a gallwch gael copi drwy anfon cais drwy e-bost i gwrthwynebiadaugorchymyntraffigffyrdd@caerdydd.gov.uk neu drwy wneud cais ysgrifenedig i’r cyfeiriad isod. Rhaid cyflwyno unrhyw wrthwynebiad a sylwadau eraill a allai fod gennych i’r cynigion i mi yn ysgrifenedig, neu dros e-bost i gwrthwynebiadaugorchymyntraffigffyrdd@caerdydd.gov.uk ar neu erbyn hanner nos ar 9 Hydref 2026 a rhaid nodi eich rhesymau dros wrthwynebu. Gellir datgelu gohebiaeth fel sy'n ofynnol o dan Ddeddf Rhyddid Gwybodaeth 2000.

NEW TRAFFIC PROPOSALS
FOR THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF

Notice is hereby given that The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer, South Wales Police, in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the 1984 Act, proposes to amend ‘The County Council of The City and County of Cardiff (Prohibitions and Restrictions of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2026’ and establish Disabled Persons’ Parking Places in the lengths of road specified in the below Schedule. 

The Amendment Nos. are also noted in the said Schedule. Copies of the draft orders and plans showing the location and extent of the restrictions are available and you can obtain copies by sending an email request to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk or by making a written request to the address below.

Any objections and other representations you may have to any of the proposals must be submitted to me in writing, or via email to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk on or before midnight on the 9th October 2026 and must contain the grounds on which you object. Correspondence may be disclosed as required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The Council welcomes correspondence in English and Welsh and we will ensure that we communicate with you in the language of your choice, whether that’s English, Welsh or bilingual as long as you let us know which you prefer. (AMENDMENT NO.3) ORDER 2026 - CORNWALL STREET on its north-west side from a point 7 metres south-west of its junction with Sussex Street, for a distance of 6.6 metres south-west

(AMENDMENT NO.5) ORDER 2026 - KINCRAIG STREET on its south-east side from a point 48.5 metres north-east of its junction with City Road, for a distance of 6.6 metres north-east (within the existing residents parking bay)

(AMENDMENT NO.6) ORDER 2026 - ANDREWS ROAD on its north east side, from a point 57 metres north west of its junction with Bridge Road for a distance of 6.6 metres north west

(AMENDMENT NO.7) ORDER 2026 - PENTREBANE STREET on its north side from a point 131 metres southwest of its junction with Corporation Road, for a distance of 6.6 metres south-west 

(AMENDMENT NO.9) ORDER 2026 - FAIRWATER GROVE EAST on its north-east side from a point 27 metres south-east of its junction with Fairwater Grove West, for a distance of 6.6 metres south-east

(AMENDMENT NO.10) ORDER 2026 - CORPORATION ROAD on its south-west side from a point 75 metres south-east of its junction with Cambridge Street, for a distance of 6.6 metres south-east
