What is happening?

REDCAR & CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL

TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

R/2026/0585/CA: Change of use of part of former care home to form 2(no) dwellings at 8a High Street, Moorsholm

R/2026/0597/AC: Non-illuminated projecting sign at 3 Highcliffe View, Westgate, Guisborough

R/2026/0599/CA: Change of use to supported residential accommodation (Use Class C2) at 6 High Street, Loftus

R/2026/0619/AC & R/2026/0620/CA: Planning and advertisement consent for installation of BT street hub unit and illuminated advertisement panels outside 18 Westgate, Guisborough

R/2026/0648/LB: LBC for reconstruction of chimney and structural works at unit 3, 15-19 Westgate, Guisborough

Applications submitted under Article 15 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015:

R/2026/0513/OOM: Outline application for commercial units for storage and distribution at land at Church Lane, Eston

Applications can be viewed on the Council's web site: www.redcar-cleveland.gov.uk/Planning and documents downloaded if required. 

Anyone who wishes to make representations on the above should make them in writing to the Section within 21 days of the date of this publication. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any representations made are available for public inspection.
