Ar 16 Medi 2026, gwnaeth Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, Orchymyn a fydd yn atal unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio neu yrru ar hyd Llwybr Troed Rhif 14 Llys-faen (y Llwybr Troed sy’n dechrau o’r gyffordd â Heol Llaneirwg i’r bont droed ar bwynt 91 metr i’r gorllewin o Fwthyn Pant-teg).

Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn angenrheidiol i hwyluso gwaith ar neu ger y briffordd a disgwylir iddo fod ar waith ddydd Sadwrn 19 Medi 2026 a bydd ar waith am hyd at 6 mis. 

Dim ond ar yr adegau ac i’r graddau a nodir ar arwyddion a/neu hysbysiadau sy’n cael eu harddangos y bydd y cyfyngiad dan sylw ar waith.

Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn fydd "Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Llwybr Troed Rhif 14 Llys-faen, Caerdydd) (Cau Llwybr Troed Dros Dro) (Rhif 2) 2026".

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF 

(LISVANE FOOTPATH NO.14, CARDIFF) 
(TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) (NO.2) ORDER 2026

On the 16th September 2026, The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and of all other enabling powers, made an Order the general effect of which is to prevent any person from using or proceeding along Lisvane Footpath No.14 (Footpath commencing from its junction with St Mellons Road to the footbridge at a point 91 metres west of Pant- Teg Cottage).

This Order is necessary to facilitate works on or near the highway and will come into operation on Saturday 19th September 2026 and is expected to be in operation for a maximum period of 6 months.

The restriction specified will only have the effect at such times and to such extent as indicated by the display of signs and/or notices.

This Order will be known as “The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (Lisvane Footpath No.14, Cardiff) (Temporary Footpath Closure) (No.2) Order 2026”.
