GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL ON-STREET PARKING ORDER 2017 (VARIOUS ROADS IN AND AROUND ZONE 15) (CHELTENHAM BOROUGH) (VARIATION) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made a Variation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will vary the Gloucestershire County Council On Street Parking Order 2017 (“the 2017 Order”) by continuing in force indefinitely the provisions made under “Gloucestershire County Council On-Street Parking Order 2017 (Various Roads in and around Zone 15) (Cheltenham Borough) (Experimental Traffic) Order No.1 2025 by permanently:
(i) introducing the waiting restrictions set out in Schedule 1 below; and
(ii) revoking the waiting restrictions set out in Schedule 2 below; and
(iii) creating a new Zone 15 Permit boundary; and
(iv) creating a new Cheltenham Town Football Club Event Day restriction as detailed in Schedule 3 below.
The exemptions specified in Part IV of the 2017 Order will apply.
The roads fall within the All Saints, Oakley, Charlton Park and Pittville Wards in the Borough of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
