NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the U9137 Dunsgreen for its entire length in the County of Northumberland.

The Order is to be effective from the 8th October 2026 until the 8th November 2026.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 8th October 2026 until the 16th October 2026 between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 8th November 2026.

There is no alternative route available.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U9046 Plough Inn Junction to River Pont Junction from its point 770 metres north of its junction with C343 Stamfordham Junction to Stamfordham Road in a north-westerly direction for a length of 120 metres in the County of Northumberland.

The Order is to be effective from the 8th October 2026 until the 26th February 2027.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 8th October 2026 until the 6th December 2026. The road will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 26th February 2027.

An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being U9046, C343, C345, and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C125 Longhirst Junction to Potland Roundabout from its junction with C126 District Boundary to Longhirst Brocks Junction in a westerly direction for a length of 510 metres in the County of Northumberland. The Order is to be effective from the 10th October 2026 until the 11th October 2026.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 10th October 2026 until the 11th October 2026 between the hours of 23:00 and 08:30 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 23:59 on the 11th October 2026.

An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being C126, A197, B1337, C125, and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U3023 Dene House Junction to Hawkhill Junction 100 metres either side of the bridge in the County of Northumberland. The Order is to be effective from the 12th October 2026 until the 8th January 2027.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 12th October 2026 until the 6th November 2026 however it will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 8th January 2027.

There is no alternative route available for use whilst the TTRO is in force.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U2008 Bradford Junction to Humbleton Hill Junction from its junction with the U2005 heading in a north easterly direction for a length of 566 metres in the County of Northumberland. The Order is to be effective from the 19th October 2026 until the 23rd October 2026.

It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 19th October 2026 between the hours of 09:00 until 14:00; however, the order will remain in place until 23rd October 2026.

An alternative route will be available for use whilst the Order is in force being the B1341, U2007, U2005, and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred under sections 1 to 4, 32, 35, 45 and 46, 61 and 64 (as appropriate) and Part IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic ManagementAct 2004 and all other powers so enabling, intends to make the above-named Order. The effect of the Order, if made, will be to vary the “Northumberland County Council (Waiting, Loading & Parking Places) (Map Based) Consolidation Order 2024” by introducing new parking restrictions in Alnmouth namely disabled persons’ parking places on Northumberland Street (these are currently advisory).

The restrictions can also be viewed in map format, as the maps form part of the map-based schedule to the Order. From a point 80 metres west of the ford over the College Burn, at Cresswell Wood, in a general southerly direction for a distance of 155 metres, to a point 500 metres north of Whitehall, Kirknewton.
