THE HILLINGDON (ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (RUISLIP MANOR PARKING MANAGEMENT SCHEME) RM ZONES (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2026
Hillingdon Council gives notice that it proposes to make these Orders to:
1. Install ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.
2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside No. 28 Skipton Drive, Hayes
ii) Outside No. 9 Hesa Road, Hayes
iii) Outside No. 50A Seaton Gardens, Ruislip
iv) Outside No. 20 Burness Close, Uxbridge
v) Outside No. 31 Burleigh Road, Hillingdon
vi) Outside Nos. 29-39 Sycamore Avenue, Hayes
vii) Outside No. 116 Clyfford Road, Ruislip
viii) Outside No. 7 Hazel Avenue, West Drayton
ix) Outside No. 23 Little Benty, West Drayton
3. Remove the redundant blue badge disabled parking bay outside No. 105 Tudor Road, Hayes.
4. Include Nos. 2 to 6 and Nos. 3 & 5 Linden Avenue, Ruislip into the Zone RM Parking Management Scheme.
5. Extend the existing ‘Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm’ waiting restrictions in Bilton Way, Hayes outside Unit 2 by 13 metres northeastwards.
6. Introduce ‘at any time’ loading restrictions on the existing waiting restrictions at the junction of Hawthorne Crescent and Kingston Lane, West Drayton.

SCHEDULE – PROPOSED ‘AT ANY TIME’
WAITING RESTRICTIONS
BURY STREET, RUISLIP – Extend the existing double yellow lines on the southwestern side of Bury Street between the junctions of Arlington Drive and St Catherines Road.
BREAKSPEAR ROAD NORTH, HAREFIELD – Extend the existing double yellow lines at the junction with Hambleton Close by 5 metres northwestwards.
BURNS CLOSE, HAYES – On the inside of the corner outside Nos. 1 & 2 Burns Close.
ACRE WAY, NORTHWOOD – On the inside of the corner opposite Nos. 50 to 64 Acre Way.
WILFORD CLOSE, NORTHWOOD – Convert section of the existing single yellow line outside Nos. 18 to 24 Wilford Close to double yellow lines.
SHAKESPEAR AVENUE, HAYES – At the junction with Findhorn Avenue.
FINDHORN AVENUEM HAYES – At the junction Shakespear Avenue.
CRANFORD DRIVE, HAYES
i) Extend the existing double yellow lines opposite No. 16 Cranford Drive to a total distance of 14 metres from the eastern kerbline of Cranford Drive.
ii) At the junction with Laburnum Road.
LABURNUM ROAD, HAYES
i) At the junction with Cranford Drive.
ii) At the junction with Cranford Park Road.
CRANFORD PARK ROAD, HAYES – At the junction with Laburnum Road.
CLEVES WAY, RUISLIP – Extend double yellow lines at the junction with Castleton Road by 5 metres northwestwards.
BRIXHAM CRESCENT, RUISLIP – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside No. 1 Brixham Crescent.
