COVENTRY CITY COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING 
(DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 
– NOTICES UNDER ARTICLE 15 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 – NOTICES UNDER SECTION 67 & 73

Notice is given that the following planning applications have been made.

Ref no: PL/2026/0001478/FUL Address: Lucys Court, 5 Lower Holyhead Road Proposal: Change of use from student accommodation to co-living accommodation and associated internal alterations. Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.

Ref no: PL/2026/0001092/FUL Address: Lucys Walk, 76 Whitefriars Street Proposal: Erection of single storey building to the rear. Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building.

Ref no: PL/2026/0001559/FULM Address: Apollo House Butts Proposal: Change of use from purpose-built student accommodation to HMO/bedsit accommodation with construction of a two-storey rooftop extension to provide 38 purpose-built co-living units (Sui Generis) Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.

Ref no: PL/2026/0001569/FULM Address: Plot 10, Lyons Park Sayer Drive Proposal: Construction of a unit (Class B2 general industrial and/or Class B8 storage and distribution) with ancillary offices, access, servicing, parking, drainage and landscaping. Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.

Ref no: PL/2026/0001246/FUL Address: The Chace Hotel, 428 London Road Proposal: New cladding and replacement windows to the later new block. Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building.

Ref no: PL/2026/0001337/RVC Address: Woodlands Academy Broad Lane Proposal: Variation of condition Nos. 2 (drawing numbers), 6 (biodiversity impact assessment calculation) and 10 (drainage details) to provide further details and alterations to the artificial grass football pitch including fencing, storage container and flood lighting; imposed on planning permission reference FUL/2022/0561. Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.

Ref no: PL/2026/0001505/LBC and PL/2026/0001571/ADV Address: 21-23 Upper Precinct Proposal: Internal refit of an existing retail unit, replacement of existing fascia & projecting signage. Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building
