Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (As Amended) - Newton Road (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) - Order 202*
THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT hereby give notice that, to facilitate an electrical connection and associated works in Newton Road, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of Newton Road, which lies between the north-western kerb line of Woodstock Road and a point opposite the south-eastern building wall of Nos. 1 Newton Road, when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.
The prohibitions referred to above would apply from 29th September 2026 to 2nd October 2026 or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Works are expected to take place between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Access to premises in or adjacent to Newton Road would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
