Liverpool City - Multiple Planning Applications For Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas

LIVERPOOL CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE 

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.

26F/2447- Kings Leadership Academy Wavertree Stephenson Way (13) Applicant Secretary of State for Education, Department for Education. Demolition of two existing office buildings and associated structures. Erection of a 3 storey school building; and associated: external canopies, installation of solar panels, hard and soft landscaping including hard games courts and playing fields, new pedestrian and cycle access to Stephenson Way, car parking and cycle storage, ground source heat pump enclosure, bin store, storage containers and substations.

26L/2513 - Flat 1, 142 Chatham Street (7) Applicant Helen Crossland, Cadent Gas. To install 3 no. gas meters and associated pipework on the rear elevation. 

26F/2445 - 28 Ullet Road Princes Park (8) Applicant 105 Developments Ltd. Change of use to an 8 person House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) (Sui Generis) and a selfcontained 3 bedroom duplex apartment (Use Class C3), with associated internal alterations, formation of lightwells and installation of a roof light.

26H/2478 - Redpaths, 13A Fulwood Park (17) Applicant Maureen Crockett. To create a two storey dwelling with the addition of a storey to front, sides and rear, 2 no. dormer extensions at sides, to erect detached garage/workshop at side, with associated external alterations throughout.

26F/2263 - Beech House, Greenbank Court, Greenbank Drive (17) Applicant Laura Mcphail, Sanctuary Students and Commercial. To carry out part replacement of roof to east elevation, replace 6 no. windows and spandrel panels, replace guttering throughout and to carry out associated fire repair works.

26L/2498 - Port of Liverpool Building Mann Island (3) Applicant BTC RE Ltd. To demolish non-original partitioning and erect internal partitioning to form new communal corridors, offices and break out room on first floor.

26F/2323 - Hayward House, Grove Street (7) Applicant Empiric Ltd. To replace cladding to the external façade.

26F/2319 - Maple House, 25 Caledonia Street (7) Applicant Empiric Ltd. To replace cladding to the external façade.

26L/2524 - Flat 1, 33 Huskisson Street (8) Applicant Helen Crossland (Cadent Gas). To install 3 no. gas meters with associated pipework to lower ground floor wall elevation.

26F/2361 - West Derby Golf Club, 167 Yew Tree Lane (12) Applicant Russell Lamkin.

To implement Natural Flood Management measures including re-instatement of a previously infilled pond, creation of a new pond, enhancement and reprofiling of drainage ditches, desilting and bank reprofiling works, channel realignment and re-meandering of Deys Brook, creation of flood storage and aquatic habitats, retention of former channel sections as linear waterbodies, and associated wetland, riparian and species-rich grassland planting to improve fluvial processes, flood attenuation, ecological connectivity, and biodiversity net gain.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 8th October 2026 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. 

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
