BOYN VALLEY ROAD (PART), MAIDENHEAD
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) 
ORDER 2026
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to:-

Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Boyn Valley Road from the western boundary of No. 3 Boyn Valley Road eastward to the eastern boundary of No. 9 Boyn Valley Road.

The alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order is via Boyn Valley Road, Wootton Way, Boyn Hill Road, Boyn Hill Avenue, Grenfell Road, Kings Grove and Boyn Valley Road. 


The purpose of the proposed Order is to facilitate work in the said public highway, namely new gas connection and as a result there is the likelihood of danger to the public.

The proposed Order shall be in operation from 08:00 hours on Monday 5th October until 18:00 hours on Friday 9th October 2026. There will be a prohibition of driving when signs as prescribed by the Traffic Sign Regulations and General Directions 2016 are in place to indicate the said restrictions.
